"We kind of "inherited" Nichole after our previous agent retired, who we had not made the effort to reach out to in a long long time, so this transition gave us a good excuse to shop everything and go over our policy to make sure it was all the way it should be....boy were we impressed! We ended up sitting down and visiting with her for over 2 hours during which we had her undivided attention for the whole thing.
